Maverick Membership shall be referred to as an Associate of Rodeo Riders Chicago. These are individuals who may be active members of another club or not and who wish to associate with Rodeo Riders Chicago but do not wish to qualify for Cowboy Membership.

The term of Maverick Membership is for one year, beginning on the date of acceptance by Rodeo Riders Chicago. There is an initial fee of $20.00 which is paid when you apply for Maverick Membership.

A Maverick Member applicant must complete and sign the application form. All applicants must be sponsored by a Cowboy Member.

A Maverick Member applicant may mail the completed form to the club address or, if convenient, may present it at a scheduled meeting. If the latter is the choice, the applicant should check with a Cowboy Member as to when the next meeting is scheduled. All applicants must submit a photo with their application. This photo becomes the property of Rodeo Riders Chicago and shall be kept on file with the application.

A Maverick Member applicant who does not receive approval will be refunded his/her initial dues. The applicant may, if desired, reapply at his/her own discretion.

A Maverick Member must pay all fees as required to participate in all functions and events sponsored by Rodeo Riders Chicago.

A Maverick Member will receive one small club patch and wear it where it is deemed appropriate, preferably on the front of an overlay vest or jacket. Upon the receipt of the initial Maverick Membership fee, the patch will be issued.

A Maverick Member may attend scheduled meetings. They are present at such meetings as observers and do not have voting privileges although they may make suggestions.

A Maverick Member renewing their membership is required to pay a renewal fee of $20.00. Notices of renewal are sent out during the month of February. Failure to renew your membership will result in your name being removed from the Maverick Roster. You must return the small club patch.
